Built in 1939 as a convalescent home, the structure could house
27 guests in single and double rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
It was designed in the “Modern Colonial” style with wide
verandahs.
The property is now a fully owned subsidiary of WPC Group, one
of the largest employers of apprentices and trainees in
Australia. WPC Group currently has 150 apprentices and
trainees within the hospitality industry including a number of the
Bentinck Staff.
